Kitty Hawk Honor
Society
Kitty Hawk Air Society is an AFJROTC honor society. It has chapters all
over the world and its purpose is to promote academic excellence and
community service. Our chapter's requirements for induction include a
3.0 GPA, teacher approval, no failing grades, no ISDs or any form of
behavioral problems and an A in AFJROTC.
We hold an Adopt A Highway each nine weeks as well
as other community service projects such as a canned food drive and a
Trash pickup. At the beginning of each semester, invitations go out to
qualifying cadets and they go through an induction process before they
become members.
